This year Custom Remodelers will be attending the Humane Society’s Walk for Animals. Come for a day of fun and activities you can share with your pet! Or even better, pledge to help raise money. This years Walk for Animals begins at 10:00 a.m. April 30th, at the Animal Humane Society’s Golden Valley campus, through Theodore Wirth Park, turns around, and heads back to the Animal Humane Society. The walk is approximately five miles but you can turn around at any point. Don’t fret if you don’t have a furry friend to bring. You can still participate in the walk or just hang around the grounds for food and fun. Activities start at 8:30 and will run until 2:00. Activities include doggie midway games, pet contests and talent competitions. Stop by the flealess market for pet and people goods, listen to live music and of course meet with Custom Remodelers. Parking and pet friendly shuttle service will be available to and from the grounds. The Walk for Animals is your opportunity to help the 35,000 companion animals that the Animal Humane Society will care for this year. Make no bones about it, these animals need your help.
